• All cryptocurrency exchanges are processed through ChangeNOW's infrastructure
• ChangeNOW's Terms of Use and policies also apply to transactions initiated through BTCaspa
• BTCaspa acts as an intermediary interface to ChangeNOW's services
• Exchange rates, fees, and processing times are determined by ChangeNOW

We maintain a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use ChangeNOW's API services in accordance with their terms and conditions.

BTCaspa provides:

• A user-friendly interface for cryptocurrency exchanges
• Real-time exchange rate information
• Transaction tracking and status updates
• Integration with ChangeNOW's exchange services
• Educational content and market information

Our services are provided "as-is" and we make no warranties regarding service availability, accuracy of exchange rates, or transaction completion times.

By using BTCaspa, you agree to:

• Provide accurate wallet addresses and transaction information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use our services for illegal activities or prohibited transactions
• Verify all transaction details before confirming exchanges
• Understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our API integration

You may not use BTCaspa for:

• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal financial activities
• Fraudulent or deceptive transactions
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Competing with BTCaspa's or ChangeNOW's services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distributing malware or engaging in cyberattacks

• Wallet addresses provided for transactions
• Technical information about your device and browser
• IP addresses and usage analytics

• BTCaspa is not responsible for failed transactions processed by ChangeNOW
• We do not guarantee exchange rates, processing times, or transaction success
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible - verify all details carefully
• Our maximum liability is limited to $100 USD per incident
• We are not liable for losses due to user error, technical failures, or market volatility
• ChangeNOW's terms and limitations also apply to your transactions

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to our services at any time
• Refuse service to users who violate these Terms
• Discontinue our partnership with ChangeNOW if necessary

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services. Any ongoing transactions will be subject to ChangeNOW's completion policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BTCaspa operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

For matters related to ChangeNOW's services, their governing law (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines) may also apply.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
